Formerly a Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Forces 8200 unit and a fighter pilot for more than three decades, Rubi has been engaged in cyber technology since 2004. He has extensive experience in the design and execution of large-scale cyber projects across a variety of disciplines and technologies. Rubi served as Vice President, Aviation, at Argus Cyber Security and co-founded Resilience Cyber Security, providing tailored cyber solutions to challenging problems.

Guy retired from Matzov - the Israel Defense Force cyber defense center - as a Lieutenant Colonel with more than two decades of experience in cyber, cryptology and software development. Guy served as Matzov’s Chief Security Architect and the IDF Liaison Officer to the US-Army CERDEC and led major development projects. He has extensive experience in large-scale security architecture and high-assurance security components. He also co-founded Resilience Cyber Security.

Danny is an established expert in cyber and crypto technologies. Previously a Lieutenant Colonel in Matzov - the Israel Defense Forces cyber defense center - where he led the research division for 11 years and was responsible for developing innovative cyber technologies. He was also involved in numerous cybersecurity projects and strategic initiatives such as the inception of the Israel National Cyber Directorate. Danny also co-founded of Resilience Cyber Security.

Doron is a seasoned product manager and security architect. Doron led product strategy and helped architect and build a considerable number of cyber security products from inception to market both in the private sector and in the public sector on a national level. Having built security products for companies such as Check Point and Paypal as well as cyber startup companies that were later acquired, Doron brings a well rounded view of the industry and the threat landscape.

A Results-driven technology leader with over 20 years of experience in cyber technology interdisciplinary domains in cyber security R&D, project delivery and business strategy. Formerly the VP  Country manager, Israel at BitSight, leading the R&D staff in the domain of cyber risk ratings and analytics and VP of Strategic Projects at Toka, where he led the cyber capacity-building projects working with national-level customers. Formerly the executive director of R&D Division in the Israeli National Cyber Directorate (INCD) leading the design and implementation of the national CERT-IL, the Government SOC and the Financial Cybersecurity Center which shaped the national cybersecurity capacities and technology infrastructure in Israel. In his previous position as Lt. Colonel Nir commanded a leading R&D Department in one of the Israel Defense Forces’ elite technology units with hundreds of tech-savvy staff.

Ethan began his career as a white-hat hacker and has accumulated 20 years of experience leading the development of online products in the cyber-security and i-Gaming sectors. He has worked in both multinational corporations and as a startup entrepreneur. Ethan has been at the forefront of creating products for anti-piracy, endpoint protection, combating spammers, and addressing fraudulent online activities. He employs big data and machine learning techniques to counteract hackers.

Gal Shmueli spent 26 years with the elite technology unit 81 of the IDF and was the pioneer and founder of the Cyber technology program in the IDI and IDF. For the last 15 years of his military service Gal served as the CTO for Cyber Technologies at the IDI and holds the Rank of Colonel, having managed many generations of engineers and professionals to work on dozens of innovative cyber R&D projects from inception to deployment. Gal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute for Technology, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Elik Etzion is a Managing Partner at Elron Ventures, responsible for expanding and overseeing Elron Ventures’ portfolio, focusing on early-stage companies in the Cybersecurity and Enterprise Software domains. Etzion, a retired lieutenant colonel, began his career at the IDF's elite 8200 unit, gaining a wealth of technological-operational experience and knowledge. Etzion's most recent positions at IDF included Deputy Commander of the Cyber Division, Head of R&D, and Head of the Cyber operations. Upon his discharge from the IDF, Etzion served as the Global CISO of Bank Hapoalim Group. He enhanced the bank's cybersecurity posture and contributed to the cyber-resilience of the entire banking sector in Israel. Etzion has extensive experience in the financial services sector and served as a board member of SHVA, Israel’s credit card processor, a public company traded on TASE. He also held the Chair for the Board of Directors of Masav, Israel’s automated banking clearing house Etzion has a deep understanding of the Cybersecurity market and threat landscape enriched with years of practical experience. Elik holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (summa cum laude) and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University.
